Photo Pod
Our portable and easy-to-use iPad based Photo-Pod kiosk is custom-designed for seamless integration with your event theme and company image. Our in-house development team creates a graphical user interface (GUI) and branded photo frame that showcases your logo and messaging. We offer complete logistical and technical support throughout your event, and we handle all aspects of setup, installation, breakdown and transport.
Studio Booth
Our Studio Booth setup is custom-designed for seamless integration with your event theme and company image. By connecting a DSLR camera & studio lights to our iPad based system, we’re able to provide all the same interactive features as our Photo-pod kiosk but with an onsite photographer. Let us add custom backdrops, props and furniture to the mix for a truly unique Studio Booth experience. Photo capture options available include stills, gif animation and green screen.

Still Photos
Allow your guests to take a standard still photo or triple strip with a branded frame of your choosing. Guests can then share their photo and even print a physical copy.
Animated Gif
Create a buzz with the animated gif option… Guests can take a series of photos that our software will combine to create an exciting stop animation that can be shared on social media.
Burst / Boomerang
Burst gif mode captures a series of photos in quick succession and creates a great live action “photo”. Select reverse to create awesome boomerang GIFs ready for sharing.
Green Screen
Our green screen feature provides a live preview of your guests superimposed on a background of your choosing. Take things to a whole new level by providing animated green screen backgrounds.
Animated Gif / Burst Gif Our Photo-Pod booth takes and combines a set of photos, which can be immediately shared via email & SMS, uploaded to the web or displayed via a plasma screen or projector. Choose from either a burst gif or animated gif options. Our in-house development team creates a graphical user interface (GUI) and branded photo frames that showcase your logo and messaging.
Green Screen
Let your event guests immerse themselves in your brand experience by taking photos against a green screen background. Green screen event photos with effects and filters transform standard images into fun, unique ones that customers will cherish long after your event is over. Green screen photos are digitally customized with event-themed backgrounds that can also include your company’s logo and branding. In addition to static backgrounds, we’re also able to provide animated backgrounds or movie clips to extend the creative potential of your activation.
Email / SMS / Microsites Guests are able to share photos to themselves via branded email or SMS, once received users are provided with a link to a branded microsite where they can share their photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or download the image to their device. Once on the microsite users can also view the full gallery of all photos taken at the event.
Unlimited Photo Prints
Give your guests a memorable takeaway to show their family and friends with event-themed and branded instant photo printouts. Our team can supply onsite printers, high-quality paper and consumables as part of your Photo-pod package.
Filters
Allow guests to choose filters to apply to their photos or automatically apply a filter/layer filters to create a unique look and feel at your event. Some of the filters available include: beautify, cool, 1920’s, edge etc. Chat to us about the options available.
Virtual Props
Give your guests a memorable takeaway to show their family and friends with event-themed and branded instant photo printouts. Our team can supply onsite printers, high-quality paper and inks as part of your Photo-pod package.
Custom Data Capture Obtain customer insights and demographics when you include an online survey as part of your guests’ photo sharing experience. Collect valuable customer data for lead generation by custom building your data capture form so that you collect data you need. Data capture info is provided to clients in both PDF and .csv format for ease of use.
Social Media Sharing
Build meaningful brand exposure when guests upload branded photos of themselves to their Facebook or Twitter pages either from the photo booth itself or your branded microsite. In addition, photos can be instantly uploaded to an album on your brands Facebook page, driving traffic to your online presence.
Analytics
Track how many people have taken photos and use the data to run competitions. Emails, phone numbers and Twitter handles can be downloaded in a convenient Excel spreadsheet. Post-event we provide our clients with a secure link with full access to all the event analytics.
